Enhancement: Add fading effect when reload map tile after pinch zoom #370

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run the Open Map Viewer
2. Zoom in or zoom out by pinch zoom (multi-touch zoom) 
3. See the animation when the map reload new map tile of the new zoom level

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Fading effect when reload map tile after release finger like Google map (make 
the transition feel smooth). But the map just display new map tile of new zoom 
level immediately (not smooth transition) 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

osmdroid-android-3.0.8, Android 4.0.3
