fix in all Java, properties, xtext, xtend, xsl and some xml files
and add new section in DevGuide for this

Beware, XML files are now broken! 
updatesites-spray-dev.xml for example is not accepted anymore by Eclipse.
First line should be:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
Copyright notice should be placed only after this.
