Share Carrier Navigation

With a carrier selected, add a way to copy the route with star, ETA, and action for sharing with allies.
This could help coordinate invasions, star transfers, or even just teaching what proper loops look like.

Example from screenshot that I'm sharing so that my ally can clear off their stars at the right time:
