The video seems fine, but doesn't have subtitle.

The error (403 forbidden) refers to the chapter. Unfortunately there are no normal english subs, only cc subs and they are in vtt format.

And since the last API change from crunchy there are apparently problems downloading the vtt subs with anidl.

So there is no jap dub and eng sub for Ghost Stories and for the eng dub there are only the cc subs, if you click on the normal ones it doesn't load any subs in the browser.
