• [x] view request button on view item modal doesn't work
• [x] view request modal for unprivileged user should not show quantity to disburse and loan options
• [x] user 'on loan to me' in items table should not display quantity of unapproved loaned items; 'on loan to me' increases when a loaned item is approved
• [x] managers: create and view custom fields disabled
• [x] managers unable to edit item fields
• [x] show date in 'view request' (low priority)
• [x] 'create request' from cart --> need to clear out error message
• [x] unprivileged user able to edit items
• [x] users should not be able to cancel loans once 'onLoan'
• [x] if request has a deleted item, item should not be allowed to be disbursed
• [x] Cart page error message persists longer than it should
