After deleting module Webo Site Speedup for 1C-Bitrix replaces .htaccess with its old version #465

During installation this module copies current .htaccess file to 
.htaccess.backup. And during uninstallation it copies .htaccess back. It can 
cause troubles if module was installed a long time ago and .htaccess changed a 
lot since. There must be a way to gracefully "cut" Webo lines from .htaccess 
instead of replacing it completely with the old version.
