Need to enable instant note taking #24

Right now we have to create a notebook, then create a note and then we can start taking notes. Not sure if this current mechanism makes it easier for compatibility with evernote for syncing.. but it'd be cool if we can start right off the bat by having a default notebook

Maybe a default "Welcome" note as well describing the application.
