Delete empty files from all apps

• admin.py
• tests.py
• views.py

1) The above mentioned files are often empty. 2) There is no point to keeping them 3) They just make the project less readable

Thus, I feel that they can be deleted.

Yeah they are redundant , i removed them all except users one which had extended user model
