installation problems: Usage: block.py [OPTIONS] Error: Invalid value for "--block_length": is not a valid integer

• What is the current behavior? When I call chomper, bash gives me this:

  Usage: block.py [OPTIONS] Error: Invalid value for "--block_length": is not a valid integer

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 16.04
