[Issue Description]: Add Mentors Section in Nav Bar in Data Science Website

What that Feature Can Do ??

This Feature can do that Several Things.

• Whenever, User Visits on this Website. Then, Particular Users want to know _Who Can Teach This Classes ??_in those Minds.
• Also, Curiosity to know about What this _His/Her Name, His/Her Previous/ Past Experiences, Short Summary Introduction about His/Her and Added Important Social Links like GitHub, LinkedIn Etc_.

How to Design That ??

• Create Mentors Section in Nav Bar Section with Source Link in Data Science Website.
• In this Mentors Section, Each Person Card has Some Required Details namely as Person Photo, His/Her Name, His/ Her Introduction along with Past and Present working(Optional) Company Details.
• Also, In that Card, Add Social Links Mainly Named as LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, Personal Blogging Websites and Whatever You Required.

NOTE: How Many of Courses are in Data Science Website does not matter and Who Can Involved in Either One OR Two Courses teaching by Particular Mentor also does not matter, add them in Mentors Section.
