[FEATURE] Modify the chatbot. #519

Description

Things I will improve:

  1. Make the transition on hovering over the chatbot icon smooth to make it more appealing to the user.
  2. Add a label of chatbot so that user get to know what actually the button is about.

Kindly assign me this issue under gssoc23
