Navbar merging with the homepage contents. #618

Description

The navbar is only visible properly on the front page but not when we scroll down. The footer is also broken and the content is aligned on the left.

Enhancements- I would like to add a background to the navbar that will be visible on all the sections correctly. And I would also improve the footer section and alignment to the page.
