Description

The current static chatbot on our platform is non-functional and appears to be distorted, making it difficult for users to interact effectively. To provide a seamless and engaging user experience, we aim to replace the existing chatbot with an advanced AI text and voice assistant.Current chatbot has also distorted frontend

Features to be Implemented:

  1. Interactive and Contextual Responses: The AI text and voice assistant should be able to provide contextually relevant responses to user queries and maintain an interactive conversation flow.

  2. FAQ Support: The assistant should have access to a comprehensive FAQ database and efficiently answer frequently asked questions from users.

  3. Navigation Assistance: Users should be able to ask for directions, recommendations, and find information about various services, products, or resources available on our platform.

  4. Personalization: The AI assistant should be capable of understanding user preferences and providing personalized responses based on individual user profiles.

  5. Chat Support: The AI assistant should be able to handle real-time chat support, addressing user concerns and providing timely resolutions.
