fix: Updated WEBP File Format instead of Using png,jpg File Format

Description

• Replaced WEBP Image File Format with the instead of using JPG, PNG Images File Formats.
• These all changes done in Both Images Files and Suitable Files related to Both HTML and CSS Categories.

Fixes #723

Replace #723 with the issue number which is fixed in this PR

• At the time of My Issue related Changes, I did found Some Bugs/Issues in Both HTML and CSS Files.
• In contact/index.html File, Invalid Image Used and It's not imported in Separate Images File also.
• Along with, In Form/logsig.html and signup.html Files, Proper HTML Document Structure is not Maintained.
• In Login/index.html and style.css Files, Proper HTML Document Structure is Not Maintained and specific CSS File has Unused Image is Used. But, Not put in Separate images Folder.
• In Main index.html, Unused Image is existed. Also, this Image is not put in Images Separate Folder.
• Coming to My Issue, Even Minude Details Cross Check related to My Issue. If any Unwanted Mistakes happens on My Side, Then Please Quote Me.

@aniketsinha2002 . If you don't mind. Please think Once related to Level LABEL .I have involved in Entire project directory due to my Issue Basis On. Because of any small mistake OR typo error in while added image paths to Specific Files is Little Hard thing. Kindly taken My Request. Thank You 👍
