New Beepy Noise & Cache Noise #104

The current beep noise is obnoxious (it was only a temporary anyway), and also 
is implemented inefficiently, so that the generation routine is re-run every 
time the function is called. Both should be fixed.

Went back to the old beepy, and created some much simpler code for it. Yay!
