Dynamically Load Extensions #78

Dynamically load all extensions for the sake of performance if php.ini is 
properly configured for this to work (if not, nothing has changed).

FIM3 may have this fixed, though it won't be heavily tested.

Apparently this ain't gonna work with dl being... well, a bad idea or somefin' 
like that. Checking adding in v3; marking this won't fix.
