[BUG] Playback rate resets to default from slight interruption

Description of bug I was watching a video with a playback speed of 2x, when i switch the app to another app for few seconds and again switch to next player the playback speed resets to 1, that is the default in settings even when you get a call while watching the video and you again play the video, the playback speed resets to default.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Play any video
2. Change the playback speed
3. Switch the app and again switch to nextplayer
4. See the playback speed

Expected behavior Video should play with the selected playback speed.
