Alphabetical order sorts capitals before lowercase in files list #979

Describe the bug In the file list, alphabetical order sorts capitals before lowercase like:

A Z b

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to quick settings
  2. sort: title, A-Z

Expected behavior Alphabetical order is respected, like:

A b Z
