Need cap on AREF on UNO #867

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Observe no cap on AREF on UNO schematic
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect ripple free vref.

What version of the Arduino software are you using? On what operating
system?  Which Arduino board are you using?
UNO

Please provide any additional information below.
Atmel recommends cap on AREF

All the Uno schematics I've looked at (original, RevG, Rev3) DO have a cap on 
Aref (over by the connector.)

As westfw said there is a 100nF cap between AREF and GND. Also another 100nF 
cap between AVCC and AGND (connected to GND).
