Populating the forum help server has taken over a year now with no end in sight

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The forum "Help" link does not work correctly.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect help.

I get:

DUDE, WE ARE POPULATING OUR HELP SERVER
... come back in a minute we will be done, for sure!. 

This has been going on for over a year. Hardly "in a minute".

What version of the Arduino software are you using? On what operating
system?  Which Arduino board are you using?

Not relevant.

Please provide any additional information below.

I raised this a year ago on the forum:

I suggest one of:

* Remove the link

* Populate the help server

* Change the page to read something different than "come back in a minute".
