Error when using $NDK_DIR/ndk-build #1

IIRC, I had done a configure (using ./bootstrap.sh) but unable to recall if I had re-configured it manually for android arm. Its been some time I tried it. I'll check again and let you know (and update the steps it makes sense).

I've updated it with a bunch of script that does some more jujitsu to build it. Please try it and let me know how it goes. The steps have also changed. Couple of things though:

Get the fftw3 version from their website fftw.org/download.html instead of github (FFTW/fftw3). They have a fat warning on the github repo.
Remove your old jni folder (when you try).

Just so you know, I've not used it in any app, I just built the test executable.
