Munki2: Adding optional install from existing available update doesn't immediately start a check/update #312

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have some item installed on the client system that is in this client's 
manifest's optional_installs.
2. Go to the Updates tab and let the check show this item in "Other available 
updates".
3. Click the plus button to request the install.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Item disappears from the list. If we visit the item's details view, the Status 
shows as "Install requested," but nothing actually happens until we check 
"Check again" in the Updates window, which will then download and show the 
update as a pending update.

What version of the Munki tools/InstallOSpkg tools are you using? On what
version of OS X?

core: 2.0.0.1986
admin: 2.0.0.1986
app: 4.0.1987
launchd: 2.0.0.1973
