[Munki 2] Unicode Issue #329

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import this app ( 
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/alinof-timer/id512464723?mt=12 ) - Free

- For Munki 2's Developer section enter:
Alinof Software Sàrl

2. Attempt to view via MSC

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

App page will not render and you get a blank window.

Can't reproduce this issue with current version/build of MSC.app, see

Click on it though and it will not work. I was on 59 and now I'm on 68 and it's 
still not working.

Posting relevant pkginfo.

Addressing the other Unicode issues I found based on the original issue:

This fixes searching for items containing Unicode characters and the display of 
items matching a developer or category that contains Unicode characters.
