Give users a selection for managed installs #368

For now users can't select which managed installs they want to install at a
certain time.
For example if several installs are assigned a user can only install all or non
of them.
Or if a user just wants to install an optional install he has to install all
managed installs
as well in order to get just that optional software.

Wouldn't it be nice if users had the option to select which software to install
at a certain
time just like it is in the AppStore.app (see attached picture).

The same issue exists with Apple Software Updates. Users should have an option
to
select if they are installed at a certain time.Just like in AppStore.

The current behavior is by design. These are managed updates. You want all of
them installed. This can also lead to carrot-and-stick, where to get the me
version of Photoshop they must also install that boring security update.

I do not plan to add the ability to selectively install managed items.
