Looping checkandinstallatstartup with munki2 #372

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Bootstrapping a new client
2. touch /Users/Shared/.com.googlecode.munki.checkandinstallatstartup
3. first start of client

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
MSU should run and install packages, then closing and continuing to login 
screen.

But the GUI is looping even if all initial packages are installed. You can´t 
login. Munki always comes up even after choosing stop.

What version of the Munki tools/InstallOSpkg tools are you using? On what
version of OS X?
OSX 10.9.4
munktools 2 from 21/AUG/14

Problem was due to a misconfigured package!
