Exclusion URLs without normal URLs (r160) issue #104

When using exclusion url's on their own the text substitutions do not appear on 
any pages at all.

This functionality was introduced after r160 but appears to not be working.

Which version of FoxReplace? This will be released on 0.14.0. You can find a 
beta at addons.mozilla.org. Make sure of making a backup of your substitution 
list if you want to try it, though, just in case there's some error.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I wasn't aware of this new version. I installed 0.14.0 and now everything seems 
to be working.

This new version looks brilliant, I like that the substitution groups are 
tidier.
