Apply substitution list periodically as a workaround to replace dynamic content #129

Add a feature that allows to periodically apply the substitution list, with 
settings to enable/disable it and to configure the period (granularity in 
seconds, at least). This would serve as a workaround for issue 13.

It could be implemented in a similar manner to subscription. Apply only to 
focused tab/s?
