Substitutions "disappeard" and every word is changed to "undefined"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go into addon settings
2. See that there are existing substitutions for a specific url
3. Edit that url and see that there are no substitutions listed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the list of substitutions that have been entered, but none are 
shown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FoxReplace 0.13.00
Firefox 14.0 Beta Channel
Windows Vista 64Bit SP2

Please provide any additional information below.
When attempting to do a substitutions to test, all words (ALL WORDS) are 
replaced with "undefined".  The detection of URL still works, but the 
substitutions do not happen.

I suspect I will have to reinstall the addon and re-add the substitutions.  I 
would rather not because there are quite a few substitutions that have been 
configured and would like to continue adding.

Hi, this has been fixed in the new version. You can install it from 
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/foxreplace/versions/0.13.1 while it is 
being approved.

If you see the substitutions in the main dialog, they should remain there after 
the update.
