Tables on multiple pages: First row of second page too high #560

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Render a table with thead, tbody and tfoot elements, many rows in tbody so that 
the table is rendered on multiple pages.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All rows should get the height of their contents.
The first row on the second page is 3-4x higher than it should be.

What version of dompdf are you using? What version of PHP? On what
operating system?
DOMPDF 0.6.0 beta 3
Ubuntu Linux 10.04LTS 64-bit

Please provide the HTML source code you want to convert, or any additional
information.
Attached the html and pdf - have a look at the second page
Fixed header and footer used.
