Topic of today's ANIMA design team meeting was DNS-SD (mDNS) discovery.

In principle it can be used also for Constrained BRSKI; both for wired and wireless. The Registrar DNS-SD service name is already defined by RFC 8995. We can define the same name and that it uses "_udp" for protocol.

Also, TXT keys/values could be added if needed to define specific Registrar-for-Constrained-Voucher support or parameters.

Adding a reason to mention DNS-SD discovery: recent developments in the Thread protocol are added support for DNS-SD service registration & discovery over multiple hops. This can be found in the Thread 1.3.0 public specification. This uses the IETF defined Service Registration Protocol (SRP) https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-dnssd-srp so that a Registrar can easily be discovered over unicast DNS.
