Extend 11.3 mDNS discovery of Join Proxy with actual service name to be used; and fix incorrect statement. #297

Current discovery section 11.3 IP networks using mDNS has:

This mechanism does not currently support mesh networks.

This is incorrect, since it's about link-local discovery of the Join Proxy by the Pledge. This can work fine with mDNS, link-local. To rephrase current text and remove the "no mesh network" limitation. (This limitation applies to Registrar discovery!)
