Sapphire put their framework's application command feature release into testing so I am getting ready for the stable release to put into production which requires a lot of refactoring and reworking of the entire system

Rollout plan:

get slash commands into a completed state
update docs for slash commands
merge with main with a deprecation message for message commands
remove message commands and move everything to application commands
