Is there a free way to download this?

There's a way to install it locally! I followed these steps:

  1. On the main repo page, click on the green <> Code dropdown, select Download ZIP, and unzip the downloaded file
  2. Open a Chrome tab and within the URL address bar, enter chrome://extensions/
  3. Once this page loads, enable the Developer mode toggle near the upper right corner
  4. Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped project directory
  5. Profit!
