Dog images in selector need to be more compact.

1. The images in the selector need to be smaller.
2. We need to add a gap and a frame to the images to indicate which is selected.
3. They need to scroll sideways and limit display to 2 rows.
4. This is based on our design docs and also the fact that the current look is not user friendly.
