Need to limit height and width on all image and possibly crop them to a fixed aspect ratio #13

  1. The images have an issue where if they get cropped at a strange aspect ratio they will cover up UI elements and look strange.
  2. We need to crop them at a fixed zoom level to a fixed aspect ratio.
  3. This includes the selector for dogs and the "Is this your dog?"
