Update call types to:

C - Update call C - Visit ED - Died call ED - Update call

Update Call Outcomes to:

Call complete Not reachable - Try again Not possible to complete

Update:

Assigend to => Done by

Everything else to remain the same

We also need to rename this table to PatientCallerInteraction as it records interactions with the person that initially called.

The PatientCallOutcomeId can be renamed to PatientCallerInteractionOutcomeId
