Moving the shoulder ik seems to stretch the arms? #39

The problem seems to come from the fact that the distance between the root joint and the ik's end effector changes making the ik solver think that the distance has changed.

Moving this issue to our second release since this is not a show stopper. Turning stretch off "resolves" this issue.
