This pull request addresses the issue no #1712 on Nov 25, which highlighted a problem with the documentation's index section. The main issue was wastage of the index while scrolling down the document, requiring users to scroll all the way up to access specific sections.

created the navbar which is useful for navigation between sections.
Implemented a sticky behavior for the navbar, ensuring it remains visible at the top while scrolling.
Ensured responsiveness to dark/light mode.
Resolved the issue of wasted space on the right side, providing an optimal viewing.
