This has to be cause of the Eyeball/Pupil displacement
I think I found the fix for this.
In the humanoid_library.blend file, the UV map "Eyes_cornea" is still selected as the "active" UV map. The skin uses "UVMap", which is the default name and should be changed, so if this gets selected in the UV Editing tab for instance, this will "fix" this bug.
With this commit, this bug has been fixed

Displacement affects the pupil of the eyeball.

I think this is a result of the new UV map for the eyeball? I am not sure but this looks awful.
