Fix a number of issues with muscles. #184

Muscles causing deformation in the rest pose.
Some bone positions mismatched.

The data/fix-skeleton.py script should be applied to data/humanoid_library.blend; after that it may be deleted.

Please do not create PR directly to master branch, you should target development branch.

I'm going to have to agree with @mklemarczyk that this PR should be committed to the "Developmental" branch. I've had issues (even recently) with merging from "master" to "Dev" and in general it is better practice, that way if any bugs do pop up then the stable branch remains stable, not saying that your fix isn't wanted or needed... just close the PR request (or I can) and then open up a new one for "Developmental" and I will apply this asap.
