Allow users to vote on a screenshot if it is "legendary" enough to be placed in our hall of fame channel.
Should listen if a specific emoji is reacted to a picture. If enough reactions are met, then have bot upload the picture to the hall of fame channel.
Have the channel info either stored manually in the configs or wait for db to be installed and manually select the channel with a command
