Implemented Basic Functionality of Login Feature #27

Currently works just the same as ch!login from the soon to be deprecated bot. However, unlike original, reads information from a local login.json file that is shared. Still need to implement drop-down and copy paste for mobile users, will update information in #12

Issue #12 can also be closed with merge, as it does everything we initially planned for it to do. Currently replies with password when dropdown is selected. Email is assumed to be easy enough to type.

Make sure to run python fmt.py

This is an auto formatter that makes styling consistent
