In previous bot, we had the magic conch shell feature. Re-implement that.

Should:

Be a command called conch
Require an argument as a form of a question. If no question is asked then send an error message to channel
Question is irrelevant. It is for aesthetic
Reply with a picture of the magic conch with a randomly chosen fortune: {Yes, no, I dont think so, etc...}

Example: !conch can I have something to eat? -> [image] -> No
