Choose command #4

Given a list of options separated by commas, randomly choose one and return it

Example: !choose simply salad, chillis, munchie meal, tailgate

chillis

How it is returned is up to you.

Also, in the previous bot, this feature got abused into russian roulette within the first 5 minutes it got released.... add that too as a quick command...
