Doesn't Open

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Extract the file
2. Try to open it
3. Nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to open. Nothing. It just quickly loads and stops. No messages, no 
nothing. I tried running on CMD, I was greeted with a long error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.0, Windows 7

Same problem

click on open select rom (pokemon Soul silver)
it freezes (loads) for a seconds then it stops
i can load another rom nothing changes

I also have the same problem.

I try to open a selected rom that I randomized [platinum]
and it loads for a second and it abruptly stops. Also, I have used the 
randomizer before many times and it worked, but it just recently stopped 
working.

I am having the same issue where I go to open up the randomizer with the Java 
platform and it only quickly opens up a small window before closing within a 
second.
