To provide more information, I installed this extension on firefox for android and it doesn't block the video. I'm pretty sure I tested the mobile and desktop youtube sites. I don't know how different the codebase is for firefox on android, but it would be awesome if this could work on mobile.
If you don't plan on making it work for mobile firefox, then maybe there's a way to let people know on the firefox addons website that it won't work in android.
