Installation broken on latest Chrome version #288

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I already had it installed and now it is gone.
2. I went to the apps to try to install it again: 
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/advanced-rest-client/hgmloofddffdnphfg
cellkdfbfbjeloo
3. I get an error There was a problem adding the item to Chrome. Please refresh 
the page and try again.
4. Chrome Version 39.0.2171.65 (64-bit)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should install - it gives error instead.

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
Chrome Version 39.0.2171.65 (64-bit)
OS X version 10.9.4

Please provide any additional information below.
