That URL, because of the '#1cec' suffix sends the viewer down to a point three quarters of the way through the article, to the heading "Time for some Action!".

Pretty sure that wasn't what was intended ?

Thank you for pointing that out. The comment has a different URL from the actual commit, the commit has the URL starting from the beginning.
