Add other indy networks by default

Currently only bcovrin test is supported, we should add support for other networks as well

I vaguely remember a better list of the genesis transactions for quite some indy ledgers, but it might be cool to just support everything that is defined in some public registry, like this one: https://github.com/IDunion/indy-did-networks
