Unknown configuration section 'librarian_puppet' #67

I'm having trouble setting up the app with vagrant. I recently pulled it down and followed the directions here. I have vagrant and virtual box downloaded on my machine. This is the output:

$ vagrant up
Bringing machine 'default' up with 'virtualbox' provider...
There are errors in the configuration of this machine. Please fix
the following errors and try again:

Vagrant:
* Unknown configuration section 'librarian_puppet'.

$ vagrant -v
Vagrant 1.6.3

I'm new to vagrant; so I'm probably missing something simple. Thanks for the help!

I think this is just what is said if you dont have the vagrant-librarian-puppet plugin.
